When creating a manual order, users can enter all necessary details and save the order as a draft instead of submitting it immediately. This allows flexibility to revisit the order, make changes, and finalize it when ready.
To create a manual order and save it as a draft, follow these steps:
- Click Create Order on your dashboard.
- Proceed with entering the required order details.
- Once you are in the Shipping step, you can choose to click Save as draft order in the bottom part of the page to store the order for later edits.
- You can also choose to fill in shipping info and save the draft in the Order Overview step.
- Draft orders remain accessible in the Cart section, where they can be adjusted and updated as needed. Find your draft and click the three dots next to it. Click Continue Order to resume and complete the order.
Draft orders are stored in the system for 14 days. This feature is particularly useful when working with personalized orders that require approval before completion.
