If you'd like your invoices delivered to an email address that's different from your registered account email, you can easily set this in your billing settings. Follow the steps below to ensure your invoices reach the correct mailbox:
Steps to Set Your Billing Email:
- Log into your merchOne account using your login details.
- Click on your account icon at the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Company Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the Billing Address section.
- Locate the Email field.
- Enter the preferred email address for receiving invoices.
- After updating your email, click the Save button at the bottom of the section.
Important Note:
If no alternative billing email is specified, invoices will be automatically sent to your registered account email.
