# Can I use a different email address for invoices?

If you'd like your invoices delivered to an email address that's different from your registered account email, you can easily set this in your billing settings. Follow the steps below to ensure your invoices reach the correct mailbox:

**Steps to Set Your Billing Email:**

1. **Log into your merchOne account** using your login details.
2. Click on your **account icon** at the top right corner of the dashboard.

3. Select **Company Settings** from the dropdown menu.

4. Scroll down to the **Billing Address** section. 
     - Locate the **Email** field.
     - Enter the preferred email address for receiving invoices.

5. After updating your email, click the **Save** button at the bottom of the section.

**Important Note:**

If no alternative billing email is specified, invoices will be automatically sent to your registered account email.
