This article covers the steps for adding your first product to your store, including selection, customization, and publishing. Follow these instructions to get started.
- Access your merchOne dashboard by logging in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, refer to the sign-up guide for assistance.

- After logging in to the merchOne dashboard, you can add your first product in one of two ways: through the Products section or by selecting an existing store in the Stores section.
Products Section: Select a product, choose the store you’d like to add it to, and then click Start Design to open the design configurator.
Stores Section: Select a store, then click Start Design to access the design configurator and begin setting up your product. - Once you access the design configurator, you can choose the following options:
- add an existing design from the My Library folder
- upload a prepared design file from your device
- use the built-in AI tool to create a new design
In the design configurator, you can choose among a range of photo editing tools and text layers to enhance your uploaded or newly-created designs.

- Select the image and configure it to your preference using the options available in the left panel.
- On the right side of your screen, select the Product Variants you would like to sell and click the Update button
- Adjust the image for each variant as necessary; consider using the options available in the left panel.
- Once you have configured all the variants, click Create Product.
- Review and confirm your product details. The product will initially have an Unpublished status.
- To publish, click the three dots on the right of your product listing and select Publish.
- To add another product, simply click the Start Design button and follow the same steps.
