What is the average shipping time?

At merchOne, we strive to provide clear and accurate delivery estimates for your customers. These estimates combine two key components:

1. Production/Fulfillment Time: The time required to produce, customize, and package the product.
2. Shipping Time: The transit time from our production site to the customer’s delivery address.

When your customers see an estimated delivery time on a product page, it reflects the total time needed for both production and shipping. For example:

• If a product takes 2 working days to produce and shipping to the destination country takes 4 working days, the total estimated delivery time is 6 working days.
