# What is the average shipping time?

At **merchOne**, we strive to provide clear and accurate delivery estimates for your customers. These estimates combine two key components:

1. **Production/Fulfillment Time**: The time required to produce, customize, and package the product.
2. **Shipping Time**: The transit time from our production site to the customer’s delivery address.

When your customers see an estimated delivery time on a product page, it reflects the total time needed for both production and shipping. For example:

- If a product takes **2 working days** to produce and shipping to the destination country takes **4 working days**, the total estimated delivery time is **6 working days**.

**Shipping Times by Production Site and Destination**

Shipping times vary slightly based on the production site and destination. Larger products typically require a little more time to ship due to their size. Below are the current estimates:

**From Szczecin (Europe)**

- **Germany (DE)**: 3-6 working days
- **Poland (PL)**: 2-3 working days
- **Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Netherlands (NL), Luxembourg (LUX):** 4-7 working days
- **Great Britain (UK):** 5 working days
- **France (FR), Denmark (DK)**: 4-7 working days
- **Switzerland (CH)**: 5 working days (smaller items), 8 working days (larger items)
- **Estonia (EE), Lithuania (LT), Latvia (LV)**: 4-6 working days
- **Finland (FI), Norway (NO), Sweden (SE)**: 5-8 working days
- **Italy (IT), Spain (ES)**: 5-8 working days
- **United States (USA), Canada (CA)**: 8-9 working days

**From Columbus (US)**

- **United States (US)**: 3.5–4 working days
- **Canada (CA)**: 8 working days
