Where can I find my invoices?

Finding and downloading your invoices in your merchOne account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below based on your payment method. 

Credit Card Payments 

If you've made payments using a credit card, your invoices can be found under the Billing section: 

1. Navigate to Billing and then Invoices. 
2. Locate the invoice you need. 
3. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the invoice. 
4. Select Download Invoice (PDF). 

Manual Orders  

For orders placed manually through the merchOne dashboard, the corresponding invoice is linked directly to the respective order: 

1. Go to the Orders section in your dashboard. 
2. Find the order for which you need an invoice. 
3. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the order. 
4. Select Invoice to download the document. 

Wallet Payments 

If you use the Wallet payments, invoices are located under the Wallet section: 

1. Navigate to Wallet and then Invoices. 
2. Depending on your Invoice Preferences in Company Settings (invoice per order vs. summary invoice once a month), select either Per order or Per month (Summary). 
3. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the invoice. 
4. Select Download Invoice (PDF).
