After filling in the sign-up form, your email address must be verified. We will send a verification email to the email address you used to register your account.
If you have not received the verification email, here are a few things to check:
- Spam folder: sometimes verification emails can land in your spam or junk folder. Take a moment to check these folders for an email from info@merchone.com.
- Email bounced: if the email isn't in your spam or junk folders, it's possible the email address you provided bounced. This can happen if there's a typo in the address or your email server rejects our emails.
- Custom email domain: if you're using a custom email address, double-check that your email server is configured to receive emails from info@merchone.com.
