Why Can't I Withdraw Funds?
The Wallet is intended as a pre-payment system to simplify order processing. It allows you to top up and maintain a balance for seamless transactions. As a result, funds are reserved exclusively for processing orders and managing related fees.
Managing Your Wallet Balance:
While you can't withdraw funds automatically, you can add funds to your wallet anytime to ensure you’re ready for new orders. We recommend enabling automatic top-up for uninterrupted service. Learn more about automatic top-up and how to set it up here.
