Orders can only be canceled before they are sent to production. We suggest setting a suitable hold time that allows you to assess the order before deciding whether to submit it for production or cancel it.
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been produced, please get in touch with our support team at support@merchone.com for assistance. Please remember that we cannot cancel orders that have already been produced.
Important note: All orders with more than 28 days of pending status will be automatically canceled. This measure is designed to streamline our operations and ensure our resources focus on fulfilling active and recent orders.
