What to do if I have a complaint about my order?

We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products, but if you have a complaint about your order, please follow the steps below to initiate the complaint process. 

If you have received a product that does not meet your expectations, please note that you must provide at least two photos: 

  1. One photo where the issue is clearly identifiable. 
  2. One photo showing the entire product (motif). 

For color-related issues

  • If the product’s color differs from the original or appears too dark, please place a white A4 sheet of paper next to the product in the photo. This helps us accurately assess the difference. 
Damaged Products: 
  • If the product arrives damaged, you must file a complaint within 7 days from the date of receipt. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted. 
For size-related issues: 
  • If the product size differs from the one you ordered, please put a ruler next to the product in the photo. This will help us to accurately assess the difference.

  2. Attach the required photos. 
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue. 
  4. Include your order number for reference.
