Here's a simplified guide for connecting your merchOne online store with Customily to add personalized features to your product lineup. This step-by-step instruction will guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.
1. To start the process, log in to your merchOne account and the Customily App on Shopify.
2. In the merchOne account, go to the Store tab from your Dashboard and create a new store. Click on Create under Create your custom store.
Important! For each new integration, you must create a separate store in merchOne. Please follow this detailed guide on how to create and activate your merchOne store.
Note! If you plan to link Customily with an existing API store, go to step 4.
3. Give your store a name and an online identity. Fill in the Store Name and the URL (the Shopify subdomain). Remember to select your selling region and Customily Integration. Once done, click the Create button.
4. You have created your store! The next step is to access the Settings of your store.
5. Scroll down to the Store credentials section. Here, you'll find the API USER and API KEY details. They will be used in the next steps.
6. Jump to the Customily Settings and click the Integrations tab.
7. From the Select a provider for integration dropdown, choose merchOne.
8. Click the Enable integration button.
9. To link up accounts, paste your merchOne API KEY and API USER into the respective fields and click Save Settings.
10. Head back to the merchOne platform and paste the following Webhook URL: https://sh.customily.com/provider/hooks/orderShipped?provider=picanova. This step ensures that your orders are synced perfectly.
11. Last but not least, make sure to Save your updates on both merchOne and the Customily App.
