Creating your first order with merchOne is a key step in starting your print-on-demand journey. This guide will show you how to complete your first order. Follow these steps to use our platform effectively and set up your business for success.
- Log in to your merchOne account. If you’re new and haven’t registered yet, click here to create an account.
- After logging in to the merchOne dashboard, you can create your first order in one of two ways: through the Products section or by going to an existing store in the Stores section and creating the product.
Products Section: Select a product, choose the store, and click Start Design to open the design configurator.
Stores Section: Select a store, click Start Design to access the design configurator, and begin creating your product.
To design and add your first product, please follow this step-by-step guide.
- After completing the design, click Create Product in the upper right corner and then Confirm. The next step allows you to adjust the product description and set the prices for your store. If no changes are needed, then click Confirm & Save and then Save & Continue to Order.
- For the selected product, set the quantity and click Continue to Order
- Fill in the company details and provide the shipping address. At this step, you can also choose whether to track the shipping. Once completed, click the Review Order.
- Review your order. Double-check all details, including your company details, product quantities, and shipping information, to ensure accuracy. At this step, you can still add more products to your order. Once reviewed, click Continue.
- Add a payment method for your order, or select one if you have already added it. Click the Confirm & Place Order button to generate an invoice for your order. Please note that a temporary authorization of 1 Euro will appear on your statement when adding a new payment card, but you will not be charged this amount.
The invoice is created instantly, and payment is credited from your added billing method without any waiting time. All invoices can be accessed in the Orders section on the dashboard.
- Your order has been successfully created! After submitting the order, we will process it and notify you as soon as it is in production.
