Setting up and managing your merchOne Wallet is a straightforward process designed to help you handle all your payments and transactions efficiently. This guide will walk you through adding your credit card as a payment method to your EUR/USD wallet and managing your wallet settings.

Adding Your Credit Card via Wallet

Log in to your merchOne account to access the dashboard.

From your dashboard, find and click on the Wallet section.

Choose either the EUR or USD wallet, depending on your selected selling region. Two wallets, USD and EUR, manage funds separately based on your selling regions, allowing for more efficient handling of transactions in different currencies.

Click on the Add Funds button.

In the Payment method section, click the Add credit/debit card button. Enter your credit card details as prompted. If you have already added a payment method, it will be shown in the list.

Click Add to save your payment method. Once your credit card is added, you can deposit funds into your wallet. Please note that a temporary authorization of 1 Euro will appear on your statement, but you will not be charged this amount.
Managing Wallet settings
You can manage your wallet settings and choose automated payments to ensure there are always funds available.
Add funds to your EUR/USD Wallet: Ensure your wallet is always funded for smooth order processing.
- In the Wallet section, press Add Funds and insert the amount you wish to add.
- In the Wallet section, press the three dots beside the Add Funds button and choose the Automatic top-up option.
- Click the Enabled button, insert the amount of funds for the automatic top-up, and set the amount you wish to add when the balance goes below your chosen amount of funds.
Reserve funds in advance: In the Reserved Funds section, you can fill out a form to inform us about the transaction made from your bank account that is still in process. By filling out this form, you confirm that you have created a bank payment and want to add the funds in advance to ensure fulfillment of the upcoming orders.
- In the Wallet section, press the Reserved Funds tab.
- Insert the amount of funds you transferred from your bank account.
- Fill in the company details that is the bank account holder.
Check the Transaction History: In the Transactions section, review past transactions to keep track of your expenditures and deposits.
What happens if there are insufficient funds in your wallet?
If there are insufficient funds in your wallet when an order is placed, it will remain in a pending status until the necessary funds are added. Once the wallet is sufficiently funded, the order will automatically proceed to fulfillment.

Note! If you don't use the automatic top-up function, please monitor your balance regularly to ensure you have sufficient funds for upcoming orders and to avoid disruptions in the order fulfillment process.
