The merchOne Wallet is designed to handle all payments and transactions for our e-commerce sellers. To ensure smooth payment processing and invoicing, follow the steps below to set up and manage your Wallet invoicing preferences.
Note: To read more about Wallet features, please see this article.
- Log in to your merchOne account and navigate to your dashboard.
- Here are the two ways you can access the Company Settings section from the highlighted areas on the screen.
Click Account and choose Company Settings from drop down list.
Or click Wallet in the left section and then click Company Settings in the pop-up window.
- In the Company Settings section, select the invoicing option that best suits your business needs—invoice per order or monthly summary invoice.
Invoice per order:
You will receive a separate invoice for each order you place. Every invoice will include detailed information about the order, including the products purchased, associated costs, and payment details.
Monthly summary invoice:
You’ll receive one consolidated invoice at the beginning of each month for all orders placed during the previous month. This invoice will be issued within 10 working days of the new month.
Important note! By default, the invoicing method is set to Invoice per order.
- After selecting your preferred invoicing option, it will automatically apply to all new orders moving forward. Any orders placed before the switch will stay as they are; this adjustment only affects new orders.
- Accessing Your Invoices:
- Per-Order Invoice: You’ll receive an invoice for each order, which you can download from the invoice section in your account.
- Monthly Summary Invoice: Your monthly invoice will also be available in the same Invoice section for easy download.
- Order Confirmations: Even with monthly invoicing, you can still view and download order confirmation documents for each order in the Orders section.
By following these steps, you can easily manage and streamline how you receive your invoices, ensuring they align with your business's accounting preferences.
Tip: For a seamless experience, we recommend enabling automatic top-up for your Wallet. This ensures that if your Wallet balance falls below a certain threshold, it will automatically be replenished, preventing delays in fulfilling your orders.
